Anti Spam measures

Hi,
I decided to add some limitation due to people abuse.
From now on max 15 movies posted per day.
Any movie under 40 seconds will not be displayed on xclicks main pages. However you can display it from your own site

euhm, i have the habbit of uploading 30-40 movies on one day, (so im good for 15 days of movies from xvideohost on my site - 2 a day)

I will probably do a whitelist based on userscore or somenthing cause most people are okay.
However spam is a new thing and is not nice to find 100 crap 20 seconds movies (or GIFs) spamming some site

yea i understand, its time consuming.
