TOS + removal of vids

hi,
TOS link isnt working on the page of a removed vid.

Do you remove vids on users/viewers request?
Is there a system to warn us about a removed vid? (so we dont end up using dead links)

about all the movies i uploaded one month ago to post in the next 10 days have been deleted. Pls clarify why ... this is a major set back for me, i do not think they violated your TOS (altho there isnt a TOS available but i rely on common sence).

i do not have time to reupload movies here, so im afraid the partnership from my end will stop here.

It look like tos and dcma files were affected by a HD crash. I've been able to restore them with an older version.
I do remove videos based on user requests. If somebody does a complain (usually age related or DCMA (copyright) infrigment with sufficient credentials that movie is removed. About 2-3 movies per day are removed in this way.
Probably in the future I will add an "abuse" section on webmaster admin. This will allow webmaster to add documentation if is requested. However this is tricky cause usually the people who complain (lawyers) send complains to ISP in the same time and ISP policy is to remove server from network.
As well videos older then 3 months with no traffic in may be removed to release HD space. I'm working to increase this to 6 month but probably this will be available starting next month.
As well probaly an email about a removed video should be implemented.

owke i dont mind movies being removed after a complaint, its only normal that that is the policy. But it would be nice to get in a control panel that it got removed orso, in order to remove dead links.
