Howto AdBanner after movies

can somebody explain me how to make a banner for after the movies?

What do I fill at "Ad Banner URL" (a html page hosted in my server? If yes how do I make it the right size?)

You need a 125x125 picture hosted on your server.
You have 2 options:
1.) Advertise your site
Enter the picture URL under the Ad Banner URL field like this:
http://www.somedomain.com/dir/pic.jpg
This will display your picture with a link to site entered on Ad/Site Link URL site on 25% from displays. (this rate may change)

2) Advertise a different site:
Under the Ad Banner URL enter the picture URL and sponsor url separated by a comma like this:
http://www.somedomain.com/dir/pic.jpg,http://www.smesponsorurl.com/somedir
Ad/Site Link URL will be linked from view site.

Basically under version 2 you get 2 different links.
