My site has been down for over a week, no success getting to my page or myxhost.com

Today I atleast get a 404. Whats been going on?

Some prick uploaded CP on it. Domain was suspended, server was suspende. Just got the domain back. I hope I will keep it. However I will delete all sites not conforming with TOS
